I don’t know how old a “Premium Black” woman is, but I’d imagine her nipples are black. Just guessing, though.
Since it’s called “Premium,” it must be a step above Black, right? Maybe it’s a glossy black—like piano black, which was popular for car interiors a while back. Though these days, matte black looks much cooler.
Oh, were we talking about nipples? My apologies.
