I also don’t understand what you mean by going to a hotel but “of course” not having sex.

In my case, I’m more embarrassed than afraid of STIs, haha.
Whenever I go to the clinic, there are usually young nurses there, and I can’t help thinking, “Look at this old guy! What is he doing at his age?!”
