I received that survey as well, but I think it’s because I’m affiliated with CS1 even though my branch is in Nagoya. They’re probably thinking of opening it in Tokyo, so they may be surveying members in Tokyo. If you’re in the same CS as your friend but they received the survey and you didn’t, it’s also possible that the club’s evaluation of you is on the lower side.
