I think anyone would want ¥10,000 per pay-per-meeting date.
Honestly, the more, the better.
But here’s where people differ: would you prefer someone who insists on getting ¥10,000 even while lying there completely unresponsive, or someone who makes an effort to respond in a way that matches the man’s preferences?

No, no—if I’m being honest. Everyone only says the pretty things, so I’ll say it like it is.
The higher the allowance, the more likely things are to go without protection, and you’re expected to be more considerate. Keeping them happy in proportion to the allowance can be pretty exhausting.
Women who receive high allowances usually only share the polished version of things publicly, but in reality, many of them are putting in serious effort and pushing themselves quite hard.
They make the sacrifices expected for the allowance, put in the effort, and keep telling the kind of lies their partner wants to hear. In some ways, that can actually be healthier.
People with nothing much going for them who make no effort won’t last, even if they’re receiving a high allowance.

I’m sure more than 99% of women in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) who are looking for a papa (a male supporter) want 10 or more. Isn’t that obvious?
Let’s turn the question around:
“What percentage of male members are looking for a beautiful woman with a good personality?”
The answer would be over 99%, right?
