If they’re only covering the actual transportation costs, would it be okay to ask for a little extra on top of that? The actual cost will be over ¥10,000.

You can certainly ask for it, but whether you actually get paid will depend on the papa. If you absolutely can’t accept not receiving an allowance, turn down the offer. If you can tolerate it and consider the possibility of continuing in the future, accept the offer. There’s no point discussing hypotheticals here, so you’ll have to make the decision yourself.

You can at least get your actual transportation costs covered. I think many women feel the same way as you, so I don’t ask women who live far away to come see me. I only do that once we’ve grown closer and she genuinely wants to make the two-hour round trip to see me.

Absolutely. Increasing the allowance is the only option. If she’s coming from far away, I add 20,000–30,000 yen on top of her actual transportation costs. So if her pay-per-meeting allowance is 120,000 yen, I’ll give her 140,000 or 150,000 yen. That’s just common sense if you’re going to be a papa (a male supporter).
