Maybe he thinks he can get away with it because he’s paying an allowance—or he simply doesn’t know that Magikarp kisses have a bad reputation. Another possibility is that he’s never had a proper relationship with a woman, or built the kind of relationship where both people can say anything to each other without holding back.
I think those are probably the reasons.

Papas who offer low allowances (5 or less) tend to be inconsiderate, too. They only think about themselves, and women come second. That’s why they go in for a Magikarp kiss with bad breath.
Naturally, people like that aren’t good at their jobs either, so their income never improves and they struggle throughout life.
Ironically, though, thanks to the sheer number of low-allowance papas (5 or less), when I offer 10 or 15, absolute stunners stare at me in disbelief and keep saying, “Are you really okay with that?” They’re incredibly grateful.
Personally, I feel lucky just to be able to speak with goddesses like them, so maybe I should be a little more grateful to the low-allowance papas (5 or less), too...
