What kind of women become secret members?

I’m Aya, a female member. It was kept confidential. I vaguely remember being asked whether I wanted to keep it secret, since giving specific details about my occupation here could reveal my identity.

I’m Kazu, a male member. A woman is probably made “secret” when the staff feel it’s necessary based on the interview and their subsequent interactions with her. Usually, it’s because she receives too many offers or has an unusual profession and is worried about being identified. So the criteria and conditions probably vary depending on the staff member. I once made an offer to a secret woman after a staff member introduced her during the course of our conversation.
