Why don’t clubs require STI test results when people join?

I’m Dai, a male member. I won’t deny that it can be a breeding ground for STIs, but the longer people have been involved in this, the more seriously they tend to take regular testing. Have you been tested yourself, by the way? You sound like the kind of person who’d say, “If you want me to get tested, pay me for it.”

I’m Maezawa from the President’s Office, and I’ll answer this as well. I don’t think any other club has a system like that, either. If you think about why that is, the answer may become clear. That said, perhaps you’re asking for it because Universe is the largest club and you want us to offer it. There wouldn’t be much point in having people submit test results when they join, and I think it would be a problem if that meaningless requirement discouraged people from joining. Besides, some people do have dinner-only arrangements and maintain an equal relationship, even if they’re in the minority. So I’m not sure it’s really necessary. It also seems like all the questioner would need to do is ask the person they want to date to provide their test results.

I’m Kazu, a male member. I think it’s because there’s no point in submitting them when you join—the club has no way of knowing what happens afterward, right? Also, I believe the club’s role is simply to arrange dinner dates involving an allowance. Anything that happens after that is between the people involved. If you submit your test results to the club, they will add the results to your profile. I don’t think these clubs are breeding grounds for STIs, either. I’ve met quite a few women so far and haven’t encountered anything like that.
