There’s a message field where you can enter free-form text when arranging the meeting, so just write:
“I’d prefer a letter date. I can’t use LINE, so please contact me via a free email service or SMS.”
That’s the message I always use.
If you prefer LINE, just say that you’d like to use LINE.
