Don’t you have any days off, though?
Try going on dates earlier in the day at first. If early times are the only option, you could arrange a date once a week on your day off.
And if you happen to meet someone who’s okay with later times, consider it lucky.

I’m Maezawa from Shacho-shitsu, and I’ll answer this as well.
Once you’ve gotten to know a woman, a late-night date may be possible if she’s comfortable with it.
However, for a first date involving the club, I think meeting late at night would be difficult.
The basic rule is to wrap things up in time for her to catch the last train. So, if the last train is around midnight—or sometimes earlier—the latest reasonable meeting time would be 8:00 p.m.
If you’re willing to cover her taxi fare home, meeting a little later might be possible. Even then, though, she may decline if she wants to make sure she gets home by the last train.
